The VTech UNO-HE is designed for leak testing of coils and other components as well as refrigeration and A/C sealed systems in a high production environment. The VTech UNO-HE is fully customizable in terms of test pressure, evacuation, equipment lay-out and other features in order to meet the most diverse process requirements. For test pressures over 20 bar (290 psig) VTech recommends the use of safety devices (such as protection hoods) for the operator. In a typical cycle, the VTech UNO-H Series performs a Burst Test / Pressure Decay Test, followed by a vacuum cycle and tracer gas filling (Helium or Hydrogen mix) and can include an optional capillary flow test and Helium recovery.
