VTech offers a wide range of Refrigerant Supply Systems that can be integrated as options with the VTech series charging machines, as well as accessorial equipment that can be applied to any refrigerant delivery requirement.
(2) VTech offers a couple of options for Refrigerant Supply Systems to be integrated with its refrigerant charging equipment: Heated Refrigerant Supply, which uses heaters to control the refrigerant supply pressure, ensuring the refrigerant is in a liquid state for charging, as well as a Vapor Detection System that continuously monitors for liquid and stores back up liquid refrigerant to prevent the charging of vapor in the event a supply problem occurs.
(3) VTech offers several systems that can work with any refrigerant supply requirement. The PTG100 and 300 refrigerant transfer pumps and piston or bladder accumulators provide a pneumatic solution to supply one or more refrigerant charging machines. The VTech Liquicharge Systems provide a mechanical refrigerant delivery to one or more charging machines, from a distance, for plant-wide refrigerant distribution and can incorporate our Vapor Detection System as added precaution against charging vapor, ensuring the accuracy of the charge.
